Founder #1 redeemed the invite code that brought Brisbane live. Founding member status is permanent — locked forever, even if they leave.
01 · The metric
The Brisbane board ranks on Average Daily Stepsover the last 7 completed days. Today doesn't count — it's still in progress. The 7-day window is long enough that one rest day doesn't crater you and short enough that a hot streak shows up fast.
Why averages instead of raw daily steps? Because the ladder has to be fair. A casual participant hitting 6,000 a day every day beats a marathoner who walks 25,000 once a week. Consistency wins. TheBrisbane#1 didn't spike — they showed up.
02 · The founders
Founder #1 in Brisbaneredeemed the invite code that activated this city on the GFN network. They'll carry that title across every profile, leaderboard, and season from now on, even if they leave the city tomorrow.
The next 19 onboarded after them get the same deal — founding member of Brisbane, locked forever. Position 21 onward is a regular participant. The window only opens once.
