These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Wyreframe Labs Private Limited (“Wyreframe Labs”, “GFN”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company incorporated in India and registered in Bangalore, Karnataka. They govern your access to and use of the GFN mobile application (the “App”), the website at gfn.app, and any related features, content, and services we offer (together, the “Service”).
Please read these Terms carefully. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. In India, users under 18 are treated as children for data-protection purposes; the parent or guardian must provide consent on the child’s behalf and accept these Terms.
By using the Service, you confirm that (a) you meet these age requirements, (b) you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and (c) you are not barred from using the Service under the laws of any applicable jurisdiction.
2. Your account
- You sign in to GFN with your phone number and a one-time password. Keep your phone and your account credentials secure.
- You are responsible for everything that happens on your account. Notify us promptly at hello@prtcl10.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
- You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.
- You may have only one account. If you create more than one account to manipulate leaderboards or evade a suspension, we may remove all of them.
3. Licence to use the Service
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download, install, and use the App on devices you own or control, and to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law or use the Service to facilitate illegal activity;
- impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone;
- harass, threaten, defame, stalk, or otherwise harm any user;
- post content that is hateful, obscene, sexual content involving minors, terrorism-related, or that incites violence;
- submit step counts you did not actually take, or otherwise tamper with health data, sensors, or the way the App reads from HealthKit or Health Connect;
- use bots, scrapers, automated agents, or scripted device-shaking rigs to inflate steps;
- probe, scan, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, except as expressly permitted by law;
- use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or marketing content;
- collect or harvest personal data of other users without their consent;
- use the Service to build a competing product or to train machine- learning models without our written consent.
5. Step data & fair play
GFN is built on the assumption that the steps you upload are real steps you have walked. We use Apple HealthKit on iOS and Google Health Connect on Android as the source of truth, and we apply automated and manual checks to detect manipulation.
If we determine, in our reasonable judgement, that your activity has been manipulated, fabricated, or generated by something other than normal human movement, we may:
- discount specific days or sessions from your totals and from leaderboards;
- remove badges, founder credentials, or club memberships earned during the affected period;
- temporarily suspend your account; or
- permanently terminate your account in cases of repeated or severe manipulation.
Where reasonably practical, we will tell you what we found and give you a chance to respond before taking severe action.
6. User content
“User Content” means anything you submit to the Service, including your username, profile photo, bio, club posts, comments, club details, and any other content you make available through the Service.
You retain all ownership rights in your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant Wyreframe Labs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, modify (for example, to resize images), display, and distribute that User Content for the limited purposes of operating, providing, and improving the Service. This licence ends when you delete the User Content or your account, except where copies have already been shared with other users or where we are required by law to retain them.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the rights to all User Content you submit, that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights, and that it complies with these Terms and applicable law.
7. Clubs & community
- Clubs are user-created groups. Owners and admins may set rules, approve members, and remove content from their club.
- Wyreframe Labs is not the publisher of User Content posted in clubs; we act as an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules.
- We may remove content or take action against accounts that violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law.

8. Notifications
With your permission, the Service may send push notifications and emails (for example, when a friend joins, when a join request is accepted, or when your weekly summary is ready). You can disable notifications at any time from the App settings or your device’s system settings. Some transactional notifications related to security and account status may continue to be sent regardless.
9. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party platforms — including Apple HealthKit, Google Health Connect, Apple App Store, Google Play, and the various service providers listed in our Privacy Policy. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party platform.
Apple-specific terms. If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Wyreframe Labs only, not with Apple, and that Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms with the right to enforce them against you.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, including all logos, designs, copy, code, graphics, badges, mock visuals, and other materials, is the property of Wyreframe Labs or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trade-mark, and other laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the GFN name, logo, or other Wyreframe Labs brands without our prior written consent.
11. Feedback
If you send us suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Service, you agree that we may use them without any obligation to you. We appreciate the input.
12. Suspension & termination
- You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from Settings → Account → Delete account.
- We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, if you breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we reasonably believe your conduct creates risk for us or other users.
- We will give you reasonable notice where practical and lawful to do so. We may act without notice in cases involving abuse, security, fraud, or risk of harm.
- Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual-property, disclaimer, liability, indemnity, and governing-law sections — will survive.
13. Disclaimers
GFN is not a medical or fitness-prescription service. Information shown in the App is for informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new physical activity, especially if you have any health condition.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Wyreframe Labs, its officers, directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one thousand Indian rupees (INR 1,000).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited — including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wyreframe Labs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with (a) your access to or use of the Service, (b) your User Content, or (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
16. Governing law & disputes
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the dispute-resolution mechanism below, the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at hello@prtcl10.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If we cannot resolve it within 30 days, either party may pursue remedies available under law.
Nothing in this section affects rights you may have as a consumer under mandatory laws of your country of residence to bring proceedings in your local courts.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Effective” date at the top and notify you in the App or by email before the changes take effect. If you continue to use the Service after the new Terms become effective, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the Service and delete your account.
18. General
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any guidelines or policies we publish, are the entire agreement between you and Wyreframe Labs regarding the Service.
- Severability. If any part of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or reorganisation.
- No agency. Nothing in these Terms creates an agency, partnership, or employment relationship between you and Wyreframe Labs.
