01 · The credential
Founder status doesn't expire. If a Göteborg founder moves to another country, their profile still says founding member of Göteborg. If they take a year off walking, their position holds. If the city itself grows past 200, 2,000, 20,000 participants — these 20 names stay pinned at the top.
Founder #1 is unique. They are the redeemer — the one who pulled the invite code from another city and stamped this one onto the network map. They're named on the city page and the global radar, indefinitely.
